I thought this was a great rendition of the song. They kicked up the tempo a bit and added their own sound to it which I think works for their musical talents. Good work IMO to the Whitlams.

Beautiful song, and great cover! I like the fact that it works with a lower octave vocal, as opposed to the awesome range of Iva Davies. I think I like this just as much as the Icehouse one.

oh man...my husband loves them too, we used to argue and now we just laugh it off. I don't like them, you do. It's ok and hey, we all have different taste. I might like it more if I didn't know the original and I love Icehouse. Sometimes a cover is better but not in this case IN MY OPINION only. Chill man :)
